About Richard W. James

Richard W. James is a founding member of DeVaughn James with more than 20 years of experience in personal injury law. He has been selected to Super Lawyers and was named among the Top 100 Trial Lawyers by the American Trial Lawyers Association. He has also served as President of the Kansas Trial Lawyers Association.

Richard has successfully tried cases in state and federal courts and won multiple verdicts and settlements of more than $1 million for his clients. He holds a J.D. with honors from Washburn University School of Law and a B.S. in business administration, cum laude, from York College.
