About Dustin L. DeVaughn

Dustin L. DeVaughn is a founding member of DeVaughn James with over 25 years of experience in personal injury law. Since 2009, he has been selected to Super Lawyers and named among the Top 100 Trial Lawyers by the American Trial Lawyers Association.

Dustin has successfully litigated over 100 jury trials, achieving several multimillion-dollar verdicts, including record-setting awards in Kansas and Oklahoma. He holds a J.D. and an MBA from Washburn University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Kansas. He focuses exclusively on personal injury and wrongful death cases.
